Mobile Point of Sale Optimization
User Research, Service + UX / UI Design In Collaboration with American Eagle Outfitters and Praewa Suntiasvaraporn.
We worked alongside American Eagle Outfitters to help them improve their customer experience, with a focus on their mobile point of sale service. We were tasked with design research (on-site and off-site), developing system maps and user activities to gather data, and creating mockups and visual designs to propose a new solution to their workflow.
Most of the research was conducted on-site with both the associates and the store customers. Bi-weekly check-in presentations with AEO representatives were held, and culminated with a presentation and demo of our final product to corporate management.
